Well, the sellers agreed to replace the roof and do the other three things we asked them to do! We are so pumped! Now we are just waiting for our loan papers and then we should be good to go! It seems like there is so much to think about-ordering appliances, getting boxes, changing our address, etc but it is all so great! We are really excited! Please continue to pray that things go well in these next few weeks!
On another note, I have not been able to do any sewing, our nights have been taken up by meetings with the agent and going and looking at appliances, furniture, etc(all very good things). We are actually going to go today to look at fabric so I can get started on some curtains! Yeah! So fun projects like my tote bag will take a back seat for a while. But that is ok, it is still fun to sew curtains!
