christmas gifts
one of my favorite christmas presents this year was a dutch oven. and for the first use, i decided to make some real, Louisiana jambalaya. unfortunately for those that may read my blog, i can't share the recipe because according to my brother i can "only make it for those who will truly appreciate it and share it with those who will make it right." and i don't know if all the readers of my blog will truly appreciate it or make it right. so instead, you can just look at a picture of it and feel your mouth water.

Great picture... so artistic!! Can I admit that you gave the recipe to me?!! I guess I just did! I feel so honored to have it! James, it was FANTASTIC!!!! Just for the record - Em did say that about only giving it out to those who would appreciate it! We all loved it!
