a very special day
Yesterday Tripp was baptized. It was a very special day and both Nelson and I commented to each other at the end of the day that we felt an indescribable joy all day long. Joy at God's faithfulness to our families through many generations, joy that our son received the sign and seal of God's covenant with his people to save them, joy that our family and friends were there to celebrate with us, and joy that God has given us each other and our son. Here are a few pictures from the day (compliments of my sister-in-law).
