this weekend has been great. i had my first shower on Saturday which was so wonderful. but the best part of the weekend was getting to spend it with family who came in town. first steph (my brother's wife) came on friday. we got to hang out and had a great time. then on saturday, actually at the shower, Nelson's mom and sisters and our nephew showed up- a total surprise! It was great to have both sides of the family here and it meant so much to me to have them here to celebrate with us. Thanks to them all for coming!! It truly was a special day. Then I found out that Nelson secretly got the day off for me on Monday because his mom and sisters were going to stay another day! So to top off the great weekend, I didn't have to go to work Monday! here are a few pics from the shower!
