Well, I have been looking forward to halloween for a long time now, especially because we have a house and we can have trick or treaters! So last night we went and got lots of candy (only the good kinds like M & Ms, Snickers, Skittles, Kit Kat and Starbursts) and then this afternoon we carved our pumpkin. But I must say, I am a little disappointed, it is about 7:30 and we haven't had many trick or treaters. But we have had some good jokes (for those of you who do not in St. Louis, here in the Lou you are required to tell a joke before you get your candy). Here is the best one of the night-
trick or treater- "Do you want to hear a joke about construction?
emily- "Sure!"
trick or treater- "sorry it is not finished yet"
Well, maybe we will have a few more before the night is over (otherwise we will have lots of candy for ourselves-not necessarily a bad thing). Here are some pics from our pumpkin carving!

You guys should be here--we had over a hundred kids in less than three hours!
Wow... is this a competition?
Sounds like it because I mean come on, Emily M. did get 100 kids in under three hours.
:-\
pretty trees on your street. I wonder if the old man getting into his car down the street was on his way to your house when he fell asleep??
You need to check out my friend Craig (who runs a graphic design/marketing/branding firm in Atlanta) and their company's Halloween pumpkin carving contest.
