Someone had an awesome day at school today. After we were talking about what he did this morning, Tripp summed it all up with "so, yep, I had a great day today!" The thing that seemed to get the most excitement out of him was the fact that he learned to sit "criss-cross applesauce" and then he also added "spoon's in the bowl!" Not sure if the second part is really how it goes- maybe that means your hands are in your lap? I could not quite figure that one out. But he lined up all his cars this afternoon to show them that he learned how to sit "criss-cross applesauce" (or indian style, for all of us old school people who forget about the need to be PC all the time). He was quite proud of himself! At least one of the kids in the family is happy-sure makes a difference!

Love Tripp's enthusiasm! He looks so cute with his school bag too. :) Next time I come to STL to see David & Katie, I think I need a play date with your 2 adorable children (and a long catch-up chat with you!!). :)
what a little cutie pie! I love that picture on the right - so perfect :) I'm sure it makes a momma happy to know that her little one is happy at school!
