baking and breakfast
I have been doing some baking over the past few days. First were

erday, I got inspired by my latest Martha Stewart Living magazine and made some yellow butter cupcakes with peanut butter icing. I also really want to make chocolate chip cupcakes with chocolate chip icing, but that will have to be another weekend. And then today, we had crepes for lunch.
Those also came from my Martha Stewart Living magazine. I have never made them before, but they actually turned out well. And I even have to admit, that although we were having breakfast food for lunch (totally against all my beliefs), I liked them. Probably because I put things like peanut butter and nutella on them, but still, they were good. And I also have to admit that while eating them, I felt Stanley kicking around a lot more. I would like to attribute that to the sugar but Nelson thinks it is his way of telling us that he likes breakfast foods at all times of the day. In fact, Nelson said he was probably giving me a high five and was so thankful for the delicious tastes. I don't know that I would go that far...
